Having lost their mother to the conflicts, her sister and herself grew up under their father’s monitoring. However, just like many other lions on Lochren, her youth was quite wild.

Accompanied by two male lions, around the same age, named X and Y, she traveled across the planet, stealing anything and anyone left and right. Only in the begining that is ! Because soon enough they started dreaming of more fancy loot, developing sophisticated strategy and training themselves to be more effective. This was the reason that ended the visits she used to pay to her family as it happened frequently that they could not see her for days. Careworned that her father would discover her activities, she started to visit them less and less often, to the point where she had forgotten to come. 

Reality hit her in the face the day she met one of her uncle whom, to her biggest stupor, was somehow aware of what she was doing behind her father’s back.  Spare on feelings and empathy, he treated her as worthless, belittled and threatened her in the coldest way possible; menacing for weeks to tell everything he knew to her father and some other lions that would undoubtedly cause them harm in a lot of ways. Freyja took the decision to reveal it all to her father and little sister, despite the lump in her throat she had. But at least they would hear it from her and not from this uncle definitely up to no good. She just could no longer endure both having to hide and lie about the majority of her life, and to live with her uncle’s blackmail. 

Oh how overwhelmed and relieved she felt when her father and her sister united around her after she told them the truth; it was of these memories one could never forget. Up til that moment she hadn’t realized how much she needed that affection and love from her significant other. Nevertheless, after a few peaceful days in company of her loved ones and both her companions of adventure X and Y, she couldn’t help but notice the blame persisted,  particularly towards her father. Her father who’d always been such an honest lion and who had lost too many of his friends and family to murderers and unscrupulous thugs. For a long time they all discussed the issue; X and Y set aside their sadness and disappointement to see her go for the benefit of their support, having similar backgrounds. They resigned and Freyja left them with a heavy heart. When she announced her decision to her father he had been surprised but she knew it was the best he could expect. Thus, she ended up as a lioness’ maid alongside U, on which she has to watch over … even if it’s rather on her that you have to keep an eye on !

With this fresh start, will she settle down ? As the saying goes : « Chassez le naturel, il revient au galop. »/ « A leopard does not change its spots. » …
