Apphia

A naive gorgon girl from Atlantis. Her older sister is heir to the throne and relied on a binding contract with a demon to obtain it once again. The two were orphaned after a rebellion against their family. Apphia has no claims to throne as she is a bastard. All she can do is support her sister and attempt to save her. She finds Ursula and begs him to save her sister. They become good friends and Apphia leaves to journey with Ursula.

As a gorgon, a mixed dragon with a weaker species, Apphia cannot maintain a dragon's true form for very long. Her body will begin to disintegrate and fall apart. This is only fixed later on by her partner, Jules, a slime, who binds himself to her when she transforms.
