The "sister" of Apphia, usurps the throne with demonic power.

Blue is actually a mesoamerican dinosaur that traveled to Atlantis, due to her strange appearance she was seen as a dragon and revered. 

"Apphia is actually apart of the royal family, so she has more of a right to rule this place than I do."

Queen of Atlantis.

Kind of an arrogant and bitter asshole. 

Thrown to the streets at an early age by usurpers, fake dragons sit on the throne while Alektho and Apphia had to fend for themselves. Alektho began learning they were dragons and realized she could easily over power them, but waited until she grew older.

Finally, in her late teenage years, she grew impatient and desired more power. Making a contract with a demon, she set out on a massacre and usurped the throne for herself and her little sister.

But she had changed. Marred by the demons' presence and the crimes she committed, she is much more wicked and cold hearted, being an even worse ruler than the ones before her.

Apphia runs to get help and hears a lead that could help change her sister. The estranged princess, Ursula, can completely burn a demon. The pair return and Ursula kicks Alektho's ass.

Alektho is imprisoned for murder, while a rightful ruler is appointed. Alektho finally begins to feel more like her old self, and one day she may rule again as a just and fair ruler due to the exorcism.
