I will not revoke a design if you violate my TOS, but depending on the severity, I will put you on my blacklist to prevent you from purchasing any more designs made by me.

1. You may redesign, rename, or repurpose a design I've made that you now own to whatever extent you wish, as long as it does not violate my TOS, take heavy inspiration from my own characters, or take heavy inspiration from other peoples characters without their permission.

2. Purposefully trying to find loopholes in my TOS is not allowed and is a blacklistable offense.

3. Do not make a non-CS (Closed Species) character's anatomy into your own closed or open species. Making a non-CS character's anatomy into your own personal species, however, is allowed.

4. Stemming from Term 3, you may give a non-CS character a CS form (for a closed species that is already established and not made based off of the character's anatomy) and vice versa (CS character given a one-off form). If traded, they must not be seperated and must be traded together. The new form does not have monetary value unless it was commissioned and/or has commissioned artwork.

5. Characters I've made that you now own are allowed to be problematic and have harmful views, so long as they do not put minorities in a negative light. Groups of people are also not to be sexualized or romanticized, nor is glorification of mental illness or bad happenings (ex. romanticization of abuse or tragic historical events) allowed.

6. Do not sell characters I have designed that I've traded or gifted to you unless they come with art that you or someone else has commissioned. Depending on the amount of personal art made I may make exceptions of this, but you must talk to me beforehand.

7. No matter if you have received a character through trading, gifting, or non-full price selling, you are allowed to sell them the full price of their monetary value, with a worth log with screenshot/link proofs.

8. My designs cannot be "bred" with other designs for profit. Ship children or similar are allowed for personal use, and should not be sold unless they have commissioned artwork. (If, and only if, the character is part of a CS with their own breeding rules, this rule is null.

9. Do not tokenize or turn my art/designs into an NFT.

10. Do not delete the design's art with the intention of withholding the character's art from a future owner if you are planning to trade or sell the design. NSFW or fetish art must be deleted if the character is being traded to a minor or may be deleted if the future owner wishes not to keep it.

11. You are allowed to use a design I've made that you now own for commercial use, except in the circumstance of turning them into a closed species, which is not allowed as per rule 3. (If the character is part of a CS that disallows commercial use in their TOS, this rule is null.) 

12. Do not trade or sell characters I've created to users on my blacklist. (I do not have anyone on my blacklist currently, but I will provide a link to it when I do.)
