"Unfortunately, people don't like hearing the truth. It turns everything they know upside down. I, for one, love that feeling." ο½₯゚✧
Personality

Molly is a proficient young woman, always having shown promise at a young age with her intelligence. She aced all of her classes in high school, landed herself in accelerated programs, and found herself at one of the best schools in her side of the country. Riding a full scholarship so generously given by her school, Molly's life seems to be a bright future from here. There's only one problem, though. She uses her scientifically engineered brain to pursue paranormal investigation instead. A true conspiracy theorist at heart, she frequents forums, peruses libraries for intriguing documents, and scans the internet for evidence of the abnormal. She is truly invested in these concepts, hellbent on exposing the truth behind corrupt governments, cryptids amongst our earth, demons among us, and aliens scanning our world. She constantly thirsts for knowledge, for it's never enough to simply be curious. She has to know for certain that her theories hold true. While following her major for computer science, Molly treats it as a simple side gig over her paranormal pursuits. Most of the stuff she's taught she could already do before college. She only took the course to appease those schoolboards and pressure from her scholars. Being incredibly smart and keen on exposing conspiracies has its toll on her social life in turn. She's incredibly withdrawn, only recently trying to come out of her shell to talk to people on her campus. When one gets to know her, they find themselves attracted to her grandiose passions, interested in what she has to say. The closer one gets they tend to want to inch away, Molly indirectly makes them feel inferior with the way she holds herself and speaks on things most don't have most comprehension of. She doesn't realize how... offputting her high intelligence and very matter-of-fact thinking can be. Despite this, she still has her common interests. Such as anime, video games, comics, which she can just as well talk about in about as much depth as her usually well-detailed conspiracies. At the end of the day, she tells herself that she doesn't need other people so long as she can uncover mysteries among our world. But it's starting to become tiresome, and most of all – lonely.

Story

Molly's love for the paranormal started at a young age, when she found herself invested in the documentaries her mother would put on for the family. Her mother always saw it as a way to enrich her with more knowledge. It seemed to work, but what caught her eye were the paranormal things she'd watch in secret. Something her mother waved off as 'mumbo jumbo junk'. All the more alluring for a curious young girl. She'd hide out in her room and watch the things she'd tape on the VCR, listening intently to a certain Joseph McClain, who was a well renowned scientist describing the abnormalities of this world. He was someone she truly looked up to, even if everyone said he was talking out of his ass. The difference between him and other hack frauds was that he actually had evidence, scientific reasoning behind his theories. They were so outlandish that no one could believe it. But Molly did. She always would, and that continued into her adulthood. Throughout high school she found herself outcasted, and found comfort in online forums that her big brother, Rhett, suggested to her in which she'd discuss her favorite anime, games or comics. Although in person the only person who was the closest thing she had to a friend was Rhett, online she thrived. Her socialization dwindled off from real life interaction into the void of the internet. Although the connections were truly genuine, it hampered her ability to read other people, and to connect with others. When she graduated high school early, she jumped immediately into official college courses in which she continued to thrive. Most of her work was done at her own pace, which was more her style. She kept excelling, impressing everyone around her. But it wasn't enough. Their praise was simply a result of her doing well in the curriculum they created for her. What would gain the best praise of all, however, was completely rattling them. She thought back on McClain, how his conspiracies sparked something deep within her. She wanted to do the same for others. She wanted to take his research a step further, and undoubtedly prove that she's not nuts. Somewhat with disdain for the people who cast her out, and somewhat with a general thirst for knowledge, she currently dives headfirst into her paranormal studies. One day, she urges herself, she will show everyone who was right all along.

Relationships
Rhett O'Brien Her big brother, someone she will always look up to. Despite everything he's been through and the way people have treated him, he's able to be rather sociable and likeable. It's something she yearns to be someday. She still laughs and jokes with him. He makes her feel normal in this strange world.
Tuesday Emilia Dumas Best friend in middle school, early high school girlfriend. They broke up shortly after pursuing one another romantically and has permanently damaged their friendship to the point of being unable to speak to one another. Tuesday still contends that Molly made her feel like an idiot all the time. Well, Molly felt they were matched intellectually. She had the most insightful conversations with her. She still wonders what went wrong.
Mazriel Zhong Initially just a cute employee she met at Hot Topic, but something was... off about this one. And, no, it's not just because she was... incredibly attracted to her. But something about this woman made her somewhat uneasy. Molly couldn't quite place it. She's been pursuing her, watching her from a distance. She has reasons to believe that this woman might be a demon. If only she could get a little closer and confirm her suspicions. What excites her, is Molly doesn't think she's wrong about her ideas.
