An extremely Inappropriate and Loud/Big-mouthed sharkie, just look at him. He can't resist catching anybody off guard by lifting his skirt or "accidentally" let it blow up in a breeze. He'll yell a random word or phrase and flash you. It's not to say he enjoys this all the time... okay, yeah, he really enjoys doing this.
