Mort is an incredibly creepy fellow with a fetish/fascination for skeletons and bone structure. He's extremely tall, all bones and sharp angles, but he's way stronger than he looks. He's also a very charming liar, if by some chance someone bothers to talk to him in spite of the way he looks.
He has been known to steal food from his objects of fancy to make them skinnier, and... well. He's part of a black market business selling taxidermy specimens and 'oddities' and suspicious bone jewelry, so you should probably just stay clear. He is not quite 'all there', and has an unhealthy set of values/ways to express his 'affection'. For example, he absolutely loves getting to see the wide arrange of emotions that others have, and especially gets a kick out of seeing them terrified.
He has a partnership of sorts with Shepard, as their interests overlap. They work together to find (or create) goods to pass along through the black market, especially to the circus.
