Arthur Anderson (Arthur: The Hoppers Boss)

Arthur Anderson ain't anything as big time as a sin. Not yet anyway. When he died in a failed robbery (his gun got caught in his pocket. and how was he supposed to know the guy had a shotgun?), he found himself in The Red Ward with a new chance and a fresh start. He gathered up a group of low power misfits, and set himself up as the head of the crew, promising to lead them to glory and prominance. So far, they're still just the tutorial though. But someday, hell, maybe his dreams will come true. All it takes is a little trust in his gang and some good, old fashioned hard work.
