Kulaas

Kulaas was born in the Starwood Strand, but spent most of her life in the Sunbeam Ruins researching various therapies and methods of dealing with trauma. She had met many brave warriors on her travels, and was determined to find a way to help give them peace. She trained with warriors in Light for many years, both to experience the hardships of battle firsthand and to learn about the deep bond they share. With a newfound empathy for those she hoped to be able to help, Kulaas headed south to the Shifting Expanse in search of a location to set up a place of healing. After just a few days, she got her wish - she woke one morning in the Tavern to two smiling dragons, both eager to help her set up a therapy practice. In time, she became wholly devoted to the two founders, and now a days rarely leaves the Tavern - "My days of wanderlust are long over!"

As the mate of the Clan's founder, Kulaas devotes most of her time to the everyday tasks that help keep the Tavern running. Whatever Vahlokdozii cannot manage, Kulaas somehow finds the time to not only complete it, but make it absolutely perfect. She is the head healer, the head trainer of clerical initiates, and personally oversees the Tavern’s nursery and daycare with plenty of input from her friends Denak and Mulhaan. The huge guardian isn't as experienced, but he is eager to learn and help care for the Tavern's hatchlings.

When she is not keeping the Tavern organized and safeguarding its finances, Kulaas can often be found meditating with hatchlings and teaching them about the importance of therapy and relaxation. If anyone in her Clan has a problem, she is the first to hear about it and provide reassurance. Despite her calm and collected nature, Kulaas is still a mighty fighter, and is not afraid to throw her weight around in protection of the Clan.

Though hatchlings and other young dragons will always come first, Kulaas is wholly devoted to her mate Vahlokdozii and partner Krahdinok. Kulaas and Vahlokdozii share a warm home life and the responsibility of maintaining the Tavern, but when duty calls Kulaas to protect the Clan she is pleased to spend as much time with Krahdinok as she can. Whether training or hunting, Kulaas and Krahdinok are nearly inseparable.

Though for a long time it was unknown if eggs could survive in the limbo between worlds, Kulaas and Vahlokdozii were blessed with a healthy son, Geinkiin, just a few years after they made their home in the Tavern. Though he insists on tracking mud through the Tavern and leaving bugs and frogs on the table (even now that he has grown), Kulaas loves her son with every fiber of her being.
