General Info

Did you know that Ushanka Dog has a sister. No? Well, here she is. Yes, I know they look nothing alike.

On the surface - and to her general family - Viktoriya is sweet and kind. But this is a facade, as she's actually a nasty motherfucker and a bastard. She has no rights.

Her voice is really annoying and high-pitched. She also holds the letter S like a cartoony snake villain.

Backstory

When the hybrid experiments began, the scientists of Sol Invictus fused the various humanoid races of the universe together, just to see what happened. One of these involved merging a Blyssian and Mekirai together in order to 'stick it' to the Star Gods. Viktoriya is not that hybrid; he died at the age of 17 from eating a bunch of moon rocks. But the scientists were on to something good, so they reused their research a few years later to create a new, original mantis hybrid. That was Viktoriya!

Inspired by what happened with Areb/Thenna and Ushanka Dog, Kara decided to raise Viktoriya by himself. Well, at first - his increasingly frantic work schedule resulted in him asking Areb and Thenna to help raise her when he was busy. And they did! This resulted in Snezana and Tori becoming sisters, technically. And despite a bit of initial awkwardness and distrust, the two softened up over time and became great friends! (Even if they gained some infamy within the group for becoming those two pranksters...)

Once she was old enough, Viktoriya was invited by Kara to become part of the Upfront Team. At first, she declined - she wanted to live her life and be independent from the group. But after learning of the benefits of doing so (and a discussion with Snezana), she reluctantly agreed. And so, for over a decade, Tori would help Ushanka Dog out with her work. This part's relatively boring, so I'll skip to when Snezana left due to Ikpam-related reasons. When she found out, Viktoriya was shaken and very nearly left the group.

But, in the end, she couldn't for two reasons - first off, she wasn't aware of the discoveries that Snezana learned about. And secondly, Tori didn't want to leave her parents behind, as she believed that doing so would break their hearts and disappoint them. After this happened, Viktoriya's position in the group changed a bit - she became a member of the Backstage Team as one of the assassins got ran over by a semi during a mission. She shifts between the two teams depending on her mood.

Nowadays, she lives in the cult's super-secret base in [REDACTED], instead of the Russian coastal region where most of the hybrids reside.

Fun Facts

• Her favorite animals are raccoons. She can relate to their lifestyle.
• In her spare time - which she has a lot of - Viktoriya enjoys sledding and tennis.
• Her quantum fluctuation powers are tied to her fatigue; creating items will make her more tired. It takes more energy to create bigger (or more) items. Too much fatigue will cause her to fall into a temporary coma, and the half-finished item will explode.
  • Oh, in case you're wondering, items manifested by her will stay around until destroyed naturally or dispersed by her. They also explode! (Although this is optional in the latter case.)
• Viktoriya is, by far, the most fashionable out of all of my characters. Her outfit alone costs over a thousand dollars!
  • The only person who has spent more on clothing is Thennakarsis, for obvious reasons.
• She dislikes light colors as they give her a headache whenever she looks at them.
• How did Viktoriya's left antenna get damaged? She claims that it was cut off in a bar fight, but the truth is that Ushanka Dog tried to eat a fly resting on it.
  • So that's like, what? Two family members that Snezana has bitten now?
• Her favorite meal is fish and chips. She's a pescatarian, y'see.
• Viktoriya's gauntlets resulted from a debate over her creation - should she have two human arms and two small claws, or four claws in total?
  • The resulting answer was to create gauntlets that Viktoriya could wear whenever she wanted!
  • But they decided to make the gauntlets out of organic matter. They're technically living beings as a result, similar to the Hivehand from Half-Life.
• ...What? Were you expecting a reference to mate-eating? Please, mantises only do that when they're starving!
