PERSONALITY
Caleb is a charming and forward individual with a personality that hides nothing. While it may seem careless, he presents himself as an open book and tells it like it is. He's also practical in that sense, finding no need to beat around the bush when the point is clear, although this can make him seem unnecessarily blunt to others. Additionally, he's highly perceptive and can usually tell how someone's feeling. If he suspects a friend isn't doing too well, he's attentive to their needs and will look for thoughtful ways to cheer them up. He always tries not to be too invasive in doing so, however, he can unintentionally pry when he's worried.

While Caleb is typically easy-going, he has a certain moral outrage regarding some topics, and is prone to violent outbursts when provoked. Usually his anger doesn't escalate past bitter grumbling and hateful looks, but he's a wildcard in any case. He's most often set off by ignorance, which is why he's banned from most local bars, but he also finds it hard to deal with those with a strong sense of superiority or arrogance. Either way, he doesn't enjoy fighting, physical or verbal, and would much rather avoid these situations entirely. However, he's never able to restrain himself from throwing the first hit when a good fight comes to him.

APPEARANCE
Caleb has a heavier body type, and is only slightly above average height. His bangs are thick, but don't always cover his eyes if he brushes them aside.

HEALTH
While a drinking problem isn't out of the question, he's more or less in good health.

He operates his own car repairs shop.

He sleeps at his shop, in a loft maintained above the garage.

FAMILY
Caleb always wanted to bond with his dad more growing up, but in adulthood he realized there was hardly any connection to develop. He  doesn't keep up with his family much anymore, but phones his mother  every so often to check in.

BACKSTORY
Caleb spent the majority of his life in a conservative Texas town, and had the typical family to match. His mother was constantly on her feet, managing the household as well as his father's alcoholism, all while doing her best to wrangle three trouble-making kids. At the time, Caleb resented her for being the enforcer of the family, but looking back he can appreciate her efforts to keep him on track. 

On the contrary his dad was distant, although certainly not violent by any means. He typically only discussed the weather, when the kids were going to find jobs, and reasons why the new generation was falling behind. One of the few things he and his father had in common was an appreciation for western aesthetics. Caleb took a particular liking to  vintage firearms, and the two of them would frequent the pawn shop to  browse what they had on display. His father was never generous enough to purchase any, but the memories are equally valuable for Caleb to look  back on.
