Rose Winchester

Two years after Dean was born, Mary was expected to have another child, however suffered a miscarriage. During the same day, a child was born, but her mother passed away from childbirth. Seeing this as fate, Mary and John adopted the baby girl and named her Rose. When Mary was killed by a supernatural being, John raised Dean, Rose, and Sam while also training them to become hunters. At age seven, Rose learned of her heritage, but decided not to tell Sam and Dean because she didn't want to be looked at differently. Dean actually ended up discovering the truth as well.

At age twelve, upon hitting puberty, Rose began to experience her own supernatural phenomenon. She found herself able to use telekinesis, conjuration, and other magical abilities. Fearful in her older brother's and father's reactions, she confided in Sam, who helped her gain more control of her magic. In her spare time, Rose studies and practices her talents and tries to use them to aid in hunting.
