Bill is a cool Nekadap, he is crazy but the passive type, mostly happy as his default feeling. He is Shiny's friend and He likes to talk with people a lot and have a little problem with that because he can't stop. He as an obsession with plants since he got them himself.

DESIGN
- He is a Nekadap, That means His ears has no holes!! they are like Thick antennae. And as a exception he can move them
- He as a scar in his left eye.
- His shoes doesn't have claws! TwT they are boots!
- His smile (with flowers) looks kind of forced and tired. His normal smile looks more natural and more happy
- He Have orange flowers called Poet eye or Nasturtium.
- The Flower is like another eye for his bionic relationship with the plants.
HISTORY
When he was smol (9 years) he got into a fight with someone for being mean to their friends, there he got the scar. After that all his friends started to go away and leave him alone, if someone ask him how did he got that scar he always reply that he tried to do a cool heely flip trick and instead smashed his face into the ground
While not having no one to hangout for a long time he finally meet some people on a MMO game Click! and then Shiny in his school. Somehow he managed to hangout with Shiny in the game too.
He used to be a golden hearted boy, even fell in love with Shiny, but he knew his feelings weren't corresponded since Shiny liked someone else, but he never knew who.
PRESENT
After the disaster Bill was one of the lucky ones that survived and mutated with flowers but the flowers has changed his personality, making him a slave to plants in his destroyed city. Separated from Shiny or anyone he knew and reality itself.

- In school Shiny is his only friend and when he try to talk to other people he was ignored because people think that he has a problem for to be too happy.(people thought he was acting)
- He is supposed to be the perfect friend for a shy person like Shiny
- He was meant to wear school uniform everywhere. (was too sad to change)
