Dream is a reckless and imaginative being. Acting as a personification of Phoebe's subconcious, and that little voice inside your head, he isn't always the best at communication. His heart is in the right place most of the time, but when it's not, nothing good comes around. At Dream's side is multiple abilities. Not only does he give awful advice, he is what creates dreams, and by extension, nightmares. Being a Dreamwalker, this also allows him to create portals to other's dreams but he can not go through them.
