Hitomi is a first year student at Shiketsu High school.She is a known rubble maker though always stays on top of her grades to everyone surprize.She as a part time job at a local cat cafe to help support her mother and older brother.

History

Hitomi's father wasn't ever in the picture she was raised primarily raised by her older brother and mother. Being way younger than him. He started out as a Vigilante to try and support his mother and baby sister.
Hitomi's quirk first showed when she turned five accidentally scarring her mother we she got up to get a glass of water.Her mother noticing her eyes were glowing and figured this was a side effct of her quirk.

Hitomi has moved around from school to school until she got transferred into a middle school. It's here she finds her interest in makeup.he met her best friend Kurosawa Hirameki here in middle school.Being the more out going of the two she helped the other with becoming more confident and Hirameki helping to keep Hitomi in check.The two girls end up rebeling against Hirameki's inept mother by desiring to dye their hair pink togther.This is something that carries over for them both through out high school.Hitomi was upset when Hirameki had to go to U.A she thought their friendship would be over but no the girls keep in reglalur contact via text and facetime.

In her second year of middle school, Hitomi gets a part-time job to help support her mother after her brother's arrest for being caught as a Vigilante. She takes up a job as a server at a local cat cafe. She first meets Seiji as a customer visiting the cat cafe ordering the same drink every time. as it turns out the two would find out a cat there was their favorite a fluffy ragdoll cat named Shiro. Seiji ended up adopting Shiro, occasionally Hitomi would text him asking on updates even bringing some cat toys for Shiro around the holidays.

When Hitomi graduated middle school a year after Sheji.  got into Shiketsu high she was placed in the business course. when Sheji was accepted into Shiketsu he broke up with Hitomi for the rule that the students can't date. This upset her but she took it with a grain of salt knowing their schooling was more important than nothing else. They still go to school dances and events together but keep their interactions to a minimum.
while there she spends most of her time developing ways to help have more cats as therapy animals for drivers of villain attacks.
During her first year, she was transferred into the hero curious as a support hero. her keen eyes being able to quickly scan for the injured she excelled her as well. Still keeping her job at the cat cafe and keeping in contact with Sheji.
Hitomi works whenever she's not in school making some time for her blogs and other hobbies on her days off. She often refers to Sheji as sempai and loves to get on his nerves..she does this to anyone she cares about as she really has no concept of boundaries and will latch onto whomever she feels is worthy.
She is good friends with Cammie the two are often found doing each other's nails and makeup even sharing some gossip that Hitomi hears around the school.
During her internship, she trained with the Pro hero the White Tigress. Hitomi took a liking to her mentor and quickly began to be less snarky when she was told to. She initially was irritated when she had to travel to the middle of nowhere having grown up in the city.

Provisional Hero License Exam Arc

Hitomi takes her exame in September with a few other Shikteus first years.She uses her stealth and close compact training to get three targets and pass the exam fairly quickly performing to stay in the shadows where its easier to see.Seshe passes and texts Seiji about it saying how much it sucks he lot to blondie(Bakugou).She sent her family a photo of her linceses after receiving it.

Remedial Course Arc: 

Hitomi appears in the Remedial Course Arc barfly wishing Camie good luck. She let's with the others after they pass and brings some coffees from her work.
