Batpaw joined Springclan after running away from Summerclan. He refused to explain why he had left to the Springclan cats, but the truth was he was running from Currentstar. Batpaw's origins aren't fully known but he was found by Lynxheart and she took him in and raised him. He was mentored by Currentstar up until... well, he saw something he shouldn't have and realized Currentstar was willing to do whatever it took to keep his mouth shut. He sought refuge in Springclan and was mentored by Stickneedle for his last moon of apprenticeship. Honored for his foresight.
Batsilk in his adult years has become good friends with the medicine cat, Oddear. On moon 52 he was apart of the border patrol that got attacked by rouges. Two moons later its revealed that Currentstar was driven from his clan. Batsilk became on edge, and anxious when leaving camp. What if he found him?
