History

Coming from a family where both of his parents worked and paid no attention to him, Mino had been seeking for affection as he was so lacking of it. After finally getting into a group who he thought had accepted him as they all had similar family issues, he poured all his attention and finance for them. However, even though it is true that his groupie too had parents who ignored them, Mino's family is way richer than theirs. This didn't prove to be a problem at first, however as more time passed, their jealousy soon grew into hatred. Seeing as how Mino isn't that different from them in terms of their family, Mino gets treated better than they do. They didn't see that the problem was themselves, as they are often loud, obnoxious and can be seen bullying Mino even though Mino never notices/ pretends not to notice. This caused their classmates to dislike them even more and instead prefers Mino thus treating him differently than his groupie, and though it wasn't as if they treated Mino super nicely, the difference in the treatment pissed his groupie off even more.

Behind his back, they often gathered and talk about their unhappiness about Mino and in front of him, they often taunt him. Mino's way of covering his eyes pisses them off even more, and Mino could tell that they were getting more and more displeased with him but he never knew why. He never thought that the slight difference of being treated by his classmates as well as him having more money than them would caused them to hate him that much. Out of all of them, the so-called leader of the groupie, TaeHyung, hated Mino the most. That was because he thought that the rest of the groupie preferred being with Mino more than being with him, which wasn't all untruthful per se as he wasn't the easiest person to hang out with; often hitting or scolding those that does not go along with him. After he thinks that he had reached his limit with Mino, he came up with a plan with the rest of the groupie. He told him that they were going to scare Mino to put him into place, make him know where his position is. The rest agreed as they did not want to occur his wrath, but they did not know that his planned included wanting to hurt Mino.

After they got back their mid-term examination results, TaeHyung told the whole groupie that they were going to have a celebration as after Mino did study lessons with them, all of their grades went up. Mino steadily agreed as he was happy for them, and he thought that they were happy for their efforts getting rewarded as well. They hanged out at their usual hideout, in a barricaded building that was supposedly going to be demolished but the project was put on hold. After celebrating there and eating snacks for a while, TaeHyung told Mino that he was thirsty and asked him to get them more drinks. Mino agreed and took down what they wanted and went to the nearest convenient shop to get the items. Meanwhile, TaeHyung went through the plan with the others. They were going to play a dare game, see who can get the furthest out of the opening for windows. Everyone started playing the "game" whilst waiting for Mino, and when he came back he was pressured into playing it with them. The leader promised that he would stay right by the opening to prevent any accidents, after all, he did get the furthest out of all of them and he did it in front of everyone including Mino.

As Mino got urged more and more to go out further to challenge the rest, he and the rest of the groupie got more and more uneasy as they could feel the pressure from the leader towards all of them. TaeHyung urged them further. "Are you trying to make me angry? I'm having fun here, we wouldn't want to change that do we? If you're that scared, stand closer to me, I'll make sure to grab ya before ya fall. Go on, I know you can get further than that. This is fun isn't it?" As things were getting risky, the rest of the groupie pressured Mino into the one to try and reach the furthest out. As Mino slowly made his way out, he realized that TaeHyung was no longer standing by the side where he promised he would be. "T-TaeHyung?" he whimpers, but nobody replied him. Slowly turning his head around, he saw TaeHyung looking indifferently at him with the rest of the groupie looking around but never really at him. "W-what's wrong..? I'm.. um.. a bit scared here.."

"You see, we're getting a bit sick of you." "Sic-" " Aren't you getting too ahead of yourself? Always trying to make it seem like we're inferior to you when you are nothing when you're not with us." TaeHyung steps closer, but that only made Mino shudder. "That's why you're getting punished like this. We're going to put you back in your place. Know where you stand you trash!" Tears started forming in Mino's eyes and flowing down his cheeks. He knew, yes, he had always known that TaeHyung started disliking him somewhere along the line, but Mino couldn't stand being alone any more, not after knowing what miniscule amount of affection given to him by them. Thinking of the times before he had a place within his groupie crushed his soul, and he could only think that returning to that time was so horrid he'd rather die. As though TaeHyung read his mind, when Mino raised his head, he saw TaeHyung reaching a hand out towards him and felt a push. "Bye trash." Was the last words he heard as he fell. Even though it wasn't a height that would really kill him, Mino landed in a bad way and that caused his death.

After reawakening and realizing that he had turned into an FMN angel, he could not accept it at first. When Leon found Mino, Mino was a wreck, a wreck worst than Leon was when he had awoken. Through their many talks, Mino gradually managed to come to terms with his death as well as the betrayal of his friends. One thing that struck him was that when he was falling after being pushed, he saw TaeHyung make the same expression, the very same expression of tiredness and lost of will, and he had tears streaming down his face as well. After parting with Leon with a happy note as well as a promise that he can go to Leon whenever he needs advice again, Mino decided to start his journey. First of all, he wanted to learn what happened to TaeHyung after the incident, and what caused him to act that way. And afterwards, he would travel the world seeking and helping anybody lost just like he was, and perhaps he might even find someone to pour his affections to, instead of trying to get fake affections like he was when he was still alive.
