Orrin Leastor's Links
Orrin's run into her a couple of times now, and has left each engagement feeling generally... conflicted?? but with a mostly positive view of the enigmatic, charismatic stage magician, and he feels like a lot of his conflict comes from the fact her banter is so... bold. so brash. After all, it's not every day that someone jokes around about using their powers and a signature to forge cheques from him! But, on the whole, she seems pretty chill, and he imagines with a little more time he'll get on the level with her sort of charm.
It was a brief meeting, so Orrin doesn't really have... concrete?? thoughts and feelings on Echo? But she seemed nice! and pleasant! And he's definitely going to check out her shop when he gets a chance - that just... might not be for a little while.
Echo enjoyed meeting Orrin! Maybe it's because she was clinging to his arm the entire time, desperately trying not to fall off of the edge of the island, but the moments where she wasn't terrified of dying she did find his humour and general demeanour fun and easy to be around. He seemed like a sweetheart, and Echo looks forward to maybe seeing him in her shop one day!
Well now, wasn't this just a treat! It ain't every day that one runs into not only a fellow storm lover, but the nation's beloved weather-woman to boot. She seemed nice, and was certainly a nice bastion of calmness amidst the chaos of Lia's showmanship and banter, as well as Luka's.... general excitement and bluntness. Overall, he rather enjoyed their brief exchange, and most certainly wouldn't be against a longer meeting in the future.
Fellow storm fanatic!! She's VERY glad she met him, he seems an interesting person, and an artist at that! Though he sort off gives off an air of uh... potentally being like... grumpy-like? In a way? She'd have to meet him again to confirm that, maybe Luka and Lia's energy wasn't meshing with him well.
She's kinda interested in him, in a way. ...Or maybe she's just looking for a distraction. ...Either way, she'd talk to him again.
One of the two pleasant individuals Kal met when they tried to paint the storm! And... an unusual one at that. They were pleasant, helpful - and striking. The way their fur bristled in response to the storm. Almost like... a visual pathetic fallacy - but which recast the usual gloomy temperament of a storm into a more... calm, meditative mood.
...He also seems familiar but... Kal can't quite place his finger on it. He SWEARS he's seen them somewhere before. With their striking appearance... it seemed they'd be hard to forget!
