Baxter the Wishmaker (Luuvas)

Baxter is the Duke of Dream Island, a pleasure island Luuvas from all around the world travel to to have an experience of a lifetime (that says a lot since Luuvas can live up to 1000 years). Dream Island is like if you'd mash Disney Land and Las Vegas together, creating a whimsical and fantastic place where dreams truly come true. Some believe Baxter conjured the entire island into existence using his own power, but in all honesty no one is truly sure, and he's keeping it a secret to make things more fun and mysterious. In fact, Baxter is currently the most powerful mortal Luuva to be alive, but some believe he has not reached his full potential yet, and might even be a Spirit of Power, although of what Element is unsure. He now lives alongside his romantic partner, Oracle, on Dream Island and together they keep watch over the Island to make sure everyone's safe.
