PHYSICAL FEATURES

Height: 7'2" - Weight: 460 lbs.

Appearance:

A very large and imposing creature. Gideon is a dark slate blue with a white stomach and white hair streaks. His facial features are distinctly lupine,
save for his extra set of eyes which can see in infrared.

Gideon still wears his experiment I.D. collar- across the length is the number 00386

His pawpads, claws, eyes, nipples, and genitalia all have the same light neon green tint, and all glow to some degree due
to a bioluminescent gene.

ABILITIES

Dark matter abilities: 

The #1 upside to being a dark matter creature is the ability to bypass natural laws. Gideon can dissolve himself into undetectable particles and
phase through literally anything. He can also transform into a gaseous, dark cloud that is unaffected by gravity.

PERSONAL

Personality:

Gideon is a friendly, nonchalant fellow. An individual of few words due to his rearing, he's more likely to listen to people speak than contribute
words to a conversation. When he does speak, his voice is calm and low and never raises higher than who he's talking to. He's so careful in not trying to
frighten people that his words are sometimes too quiet to hear the first time.

He's way more intelligent than he (or anyone) gives himself credit for, so he often lets other people handle tough decisions, particularly Venda. He defers to
her judgement more often than not and carries out her instructions. When making its own decisions, Gideon often follows very impulsive desires.

This often leads to him following strangers just to observe them, petty theft, breaking into places just to see what they look like from the inside, anything
that strikes his fancy at the moment. His grasp of morality is either skewed, or he doesn't care at all about adhering to laws. It's unclear which.

History:

Gideon is the 386th experiment created by the mad scientist, and was in fact the first subject to ever live.

His mother was test subject #00380. Before he was born, she was the scientist's labrat. He did all levels of DNA manipulation to her, and even tampered with her unborn
cubs' DNA in utero, infusing them with the genetic material of an unknown xenomorph.

Many of his surviving littermates remained as subjects, being experimented on for minor studies or used to assist their master. However, since
he was the strongest pup in the litter he was selected to undergo special testing- specifically, fusing his physical body with that of dark
matter energy. It was a life-threatening process that nearly killed him on several occasions, but at the end of it he came out a changed wolf.

Life changed drastically for Gideon when his creator made a new experiment- his revived sister who had been long dead for quite some time.
The young woman was named Venda, and Gideon was then tasked with protecting her and keeping her out of the sight of the public.

Not long afterwards however, Dr. Velem committed suicide, leaving all of his work and his research to his sister. Venda, no longer interested
in wasting her life in a laboratory to nurture his legacy, freed Gideon. However, he continued to follow her until it just became second
nature for them to be in each other's company.

Twenty years later, and they're still close travel companions.

_Extra:

-When in dangerous situations or if Venda is plotting something crafty, Gideon will put her in her reliquary for safekeeping. (It keeps her
protected and also refreshes the nanomachines that make up her physical form.)

-Gideon's collar is what keeps his body solid without him having to constantly focus on maintaining his shape.
Without it, he'd be nothing but a sentient, floating cloud of dark matter. The collar is made of a nearly
indestructible metal alloy and can only be unclipped by Gideon's fingerprint to avoid tampering.

- The collar is designed to phase through solid objects along with Gideon.

- The grey streaks in his hair are caused by stress/age.

- Has no tail.

- Doesn't drink alcohol, but often smokes herbal cigarettes (especially lemongrass mixtures).
Smokes weed, but not frequently.
