Galleon

It would be easy to dismiss Galleon's involvement with the Dreadnoughts as simply an effect of no one else wanting him. While he may be attractive and on-the-surface charming, Galleon is quick to reveal his bad nature. His complete lack of empathy and his perception of others as objects is a large part of his personality and drives all of his decisions. He loves to toy with others, building them up before breaking them down. Even those who know of his nature can fall victim to his tricks. This puts Galleon in a weird place of infamy as well as popularity, and he is an important member of his gang.

The Dreadnaughts are a well organized gang of sharks under the command of Bismarck. They gain power by using their well-trained group of fighters to take out any form of opposition while maintaining a social image of class and cunning. They are not opposed to using immoral measures to further their agenda, including kidnapping and killing pups, fierce torture for interrogation, and killing innocents to send a message. While the group has lately dropped in numbers, they have increased by association and connection, and the remaining members are incredibly vital.
Galleon is the head of all grunt operations. While he has a few screws loose, his sadistic nature is a key element allowing him to easily give orders to maim and kill. He is also rather upbeat and energetic, and never misses an opportunity to assist Bismarck. He is well trained in fighting himself, and serves partly as Bismarck's personal bodyguard. (Not that Bismarck would ever admit to needing one)
