ABILITIES
• transparent - shiloh can control the level of how visible he is. most often he's just a faint blue outline, but he also fully disappear or become fully visible, though he is still slightly transparent when fully visible.
• phase through - as a ghost, shiloh can drift through walls, people, and other objects. there's generally no limit to how far he can go, though he can't phase deeper than 6ft into the ground or float up super high. as well, he can control how solid he is to some degree, and therefore what he can interact with - though it doesn't last very long, his maximum being around 10 minutes.
• chill - a skill he doesn't really prefer to use at all, but one that he has none the less. requiring direct contact, shiloh can chill people to their core - this usually results in a deep cold spreading throughout the whole body, as well as a sense of dread and anxiety, and after a few moments will result in temporary paralyzation.

TRIVIA
• his cause of death was a result of terminal illness, and the bandages are a result of several self-caused injuries from collapsing when trying to get out of bed and move around.
• his voice is very soft and whispery, and physically incapable of raising past a certain volume
• around his feet/ends of his legs they become a bit more transparent, as well as the ends of his hair being a bit wispy and floaty
• he loves pets and such, but most tend to not like him in return due to his ghostly nature which makes him a bit sad
• his favorite flower is lily of the valley
