Mintinara "Mint" Valkar

Urthian born and raised, Mint always had an interest in helping others from a young age, despite being remorselessly teased for her height and weight due to being dwarven. She began her medical practises using alchemical methods and exorcisms to heal the citizens of Urthus before eventually gaining enough notoriety to be offered a place at a medical college in Zerada. It was there that she learned more modern techniques. Over the course of her training and professional career she became one of the Outside’s most acclaimed doctors, healing soldiers during military conflicts, operating on special emergencies all over Sevrinyr and generally doing her best to make the world a better and healthier place.

Mint is gentle and maternal in nature, she has a knack for calming her patients whatever the situation and receives plenty of praise for it from the others. However, when she’s not performing medical miracles, she prefers to keep to herself a little, finding it hard to always be around the other citizens when all they seem to do is call her “short” and “cute” which understandably gets on her nerves. She’ll often be seen eating apples, which could be considered somewhat ironic, but there’s a much deeper diet-related sentiment behind it. She truly admires Felix, and has briefly met him before during military service, but it seems having to constantly tend to him medically on a near-intimate level builds an unprofessional but entirely new level of trust between the two Urthians.

Mint is the team's field medic and unofficially titled "Citizen Six: The Doctor". She's ill-trained in combat and her appearance often makes her an easy target, meaning she needs to stay on the back-line. She is calm, efficient and gentle in even the toughest medical situations and saves the unprofessional nature of mounting stress and anxiety behind closed doors.

She has a pair of jet-powered boots that allow her to zip around above the battlefield and quickly reach her next patient, she has a basic stun-gun for self defence but bears no other weaponry, especially none of the violent sort.
