Mina Mirtillo (ビルベリー ・ミナ川 Mirtillo Mina) is a side character and ally featured in the 5th part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Vento Aureo.
She is a member of Passione and by extension Bucciarati's team. She follows Giorno and Bucciarati in their mission to protect the Boss's daughter, Trish Una. She is a Stand User and uses Twisted Sister in battle.
APPEARANCE Mina is a 15 year old girl of average height and build. She has rosy brown eyes and light brown hair. Her hairstyle is usually in small high pigtails, leaving most of her hair down with her bangs flowing in front of her face which barely covers her eyes.
Her attire is composed of a sleeveless three-tone vest with a black tone covering the inserts of the sleeve, lower torso area navy blue and the collar bone area of a gray color. Underneath is a white sleeveless shirt with an 80's style popped collar and breastbone opening. Along with those two, her lower attire consists of a gray skirt with black cross lining which has zipper openings on the front, which they're opened 1/3 way from the top of the zipper.
She wears leggings that on her right leg are completely covered whereas her left has it covered from the top of her thigh and an opening is shown which leaves 2 inches of skin blend pantyhose exposed and it resumes the legging to the bottom of her left ankle seated at the top. She has dark blue socks which she wears in conjunction with oak-brown colored high ankle 10-point boots with heels. On her left hand is a bracelet which is comprised of a black string and a steel plate on top of her wrist. COLOR SCHEMES

PERSONALITYBlunt and simplistic is her main nature. While patient and compassionate despite her care-free nature, Mina is able to remain calm and calculative when dealing with circumstances and battles. Her humanity, which has its limits, she demonstrates no quarter given when dealing with rival gangs and drug traffickers alike. She also displays child-like tendencies from time to time. She is a guardian of her families’ ideals and will end a life if asked to do so. But, she is plagued by conflicting morals and has bent or broken some family rules when she deemed that they contradicted her beliefs. Once she begins to develop an attachment for an object or person, the bond is inseparable (Except by her own choice). ABILITIESMina has excellent reflexes and speed which allows her to incapacitate some of her opponents. STANDMina’s humanoid Stand is Twisted Sister, a close range stand with good melee attack and defense, with the ability to manipulate sound radiation.

RelationshipsFAMILY - Alessio Mirtillo: Mina has a close relationship with her father, while they couldn’t do much together as a family due to her father’s position within the mafia he always made sure that his daughter was loved and raised well to the best of his ability. Her father was also the one who taught her how to defend herself within the streets and to be aware of suspicious individuals who would try to sell drugs.

- Guido Mista: Mista is one of Mina's good friends, and acts a bit like a brotherly figure to her. It was both Mista and Cheryl that helped Mina to open up and be more relaxed around the other members. He was quick to take notice that both Mina and Giorno have developed a crush on each other, which he begins to tease them about occasionally. Even so the two of them remain as close friends, and Mina relying on him from time to time.
- Giorno Giovanna: The two of them had at the beginning a neutral relationship since they were in the same gang and age, Mina was one of the only few people who actually welcomed him into the group. Mina has taken notice of Giorno with the way he presented himself through the course of their adventure: not as a member of Bucciarati’s team, but as if the boss of a mafia which she even mentioned to him at one point during their conversations. They’re relationship is often very ambiguous since they often don't share their thoughts about each other at first, through the course of Vento Aureo they demonstrate mutual admiration and reciprocal feelings (although distant) which brings them together. Like the rest of Bucciarati’s team; Mina has chosen to place her faith and trust in Giorno, just as he in turn towards Mina. In Everybody Lives/Nobody Dies AU the two of them later get married and have two children: Giosué Giovanna & Giustina Giovanna.
- Cheryl De Vito: Mina met Cheryl not long after she was brought in by Bucciarati. At first she felt guarded around Cheryl since she wasn’t entirely sure how to really interact with her or anyone outside from her parents. In order for Mina to open up and work efficiently with others Bucciarati had Mina and Cheryl assigned with each other on missions in a way to hopefully open up her shell. Slowly Mina started to open up a bit towards Cheryl, seeing her as a motherly/sister figure and as her best friend. She’s glad to have another female member within the group that Mina could talk about, be it personal matters, or a girl related that she wouldn’t share with the other members in Bucciarati’s team. Mina admires Cheryl, and the two have a friendly relationship.

- Trish Una: Initially Mina didn’t really think much of Trish, but saw her as a spoiled brat based on the first impression she gave. Bucciarati had Mina assigned near to Trish since they were both girls, and could possibly relate to one another, but given under the order she cannot disclose anything regarding information about the gang to Trish. At first it was awkward between them since Trish didn’t fully want to interact with anybody, but slowly Trish would open up a bit towards Mina. Of course Trish would voice her concern about meeting her father since she's not sure how it would go, Mina would try to reassure by telling of her relationship with her own dad since he was apart from the Mafia. When Bucciarati returns with Trish and informs the group about the situation that happened, Mina was in shock and furious as they were used to bring Trish to the Boss only for him to kill her. After that Mina would follow Bucciarati and Giorno to continue protecting Trish and looking for a way to defeat the Boss. After the events of Vento Aureo Trish and Mina do keep in contact with one another.

- Diavolo: When Buccelati explained how the boss tried to kill his own daughter, Mina immediately held strong animosity towards him.
