Design Notes:

• Cloudy mane/poof
• Smol baby with awkwardly long leggies and big feet
• Their tongue color is here
• Their antennae and toe beans glow the same light yellow as the antennae/beans themselves
• Their starry markings (both the speckles and the twinkles) also glow, but their base color is cream (#FFFAEB) and their glow is a mix of light yellow (#F0D489) and pink (#B34684)
• LOTS of starry markings around their chest, but only a few farther back
• Their poof/mane is a mix of all the blues/purples and the pink -- the placement doesn't need to be exact, but there are more dark blues towards the front and more of the lighter purples and pink towards the back

Character Notes:

• Based on a star nursery in the Gum (38b) Nebula
• They grow so fast that it hurts their little baby bones, so their parents give them massages to soothe the pain
• Trip over their own feet constantly
• Usually chewing gum even though they're too young to chew gum, much to the baffled dismay of all their parents (who is giving the baby gum?!)
• All the older babies adore them (and give them gum)
• Loves to play "planets" (moons are balls or beads; rings are hula hoops)
  • Favorite planet is Uranus because they can just... roll in circles with a hula hoop while wearing a 27-bead necklace that Potato and Kip made them
