Kamie is an alkseeya. He has the power to turn into a dragon and cast electrical powers. He is rude, full of rage, and powerful. You don't want to get on his bad side, and that's easy to do.
From a young age it was made aware that he could not connect to his inner dragon because of this he was discarded from his parents who were strong fighters. He was to die to the Meecy birds (giant electrical birds) but was instead taken in by the head meecy bird. When he was older, he came back to the alkseeyas, shocked to see him alive, his mom attacked and ripped his eye out. Later his eye was replaced by Tonly who wanted to connect with him to learn how to communicate with the Meecy birds.
Sometime, I need to make a new reference. I want to update his clothes so it's not just t-shirt and jeans. XD
