Tonly is an alkseeya. He has the ability to change into a dragon. He is able to cast water attacks, but he can only use warm based water attacks. Water, steam, boiling water, and typhoons.
He is an inventor but lacks self-esteem. He gets upset easily and can cry a lot. He hopes to find a way to settle things between alkseeya and meecy birds. He feels like if we can find a way to negotiate with them, no one has to live in fear of each other.
I want to make a new reference so he looks better.
