✦ Personal use only, commercial use is prohibited, unless discussed otherwise.

✦ Upon delivery, the client retains full rights to use the design at their sole discretion. The artist assumes no responsibility for, and exercises no control over, any subsequent use, or distribution of the work following transfer of ownership.

✦ The artist does not retain the right to revoke any design once it has been transferred; all responsibility for the design falls solely to the owner upon receipt.

✦ All adopts are subject to a 1-week cooldown period from the date of acquisition before they may be traded, gifted, or resold. Resale price may not exceed the original purchase price unless additional paid assets (e.g., commissioned artwork) have been added.

✦ Any adopt obtained through trade or gift may not be directly resold without the addition of paid assets (e.g., commissioned work).
