About
Akio Kouji is a student attending UA high and is in their 2nd year, he's a very attractive and popular boy, Very well known for how he creativly uses his quirk in battle, and charming personality. Akio's personality is very comedic and outgoing, as he is very empathetic and feels bad when his quirk scares people, always apologizing after. He has a flirty side that can also pop out if he's attracted to someone, but he isn't very cocky. He is perceived as the class clown and always tries to lighten the mood of his class. He secretly pines for a serious and long lasting romance though, but that's something no one knows about.
Abilities
Fear inducing
If Akio knows his targets fear, he can try his best to transform himself into it, or he'll just distort the hell out of his whole body to scare off targets.
Flexible
if Akio is in a literal tight situation, no need to worry! he can make his body the consistancy of mush, and easily slide himself out of crammed areas.
Quirk
Body Mutation
Akio Kouji's quirk is shape shifting, but it has some limits. His specialties are turning into objects and people, as his quirk doesn't allow him to turn into animals. His quirk can allow him to change most properties of his body, like hair colour and skin colour, to his general shape and weight. But his quirk does have some downsides, his eyecolour will always stay the same, so in the context of Akio trying to copy someones looks, his eye colour would give it away if you notice. Another downside is that his clothes will tear or come off when he shifts very strange shapes, his hero suit doesn't have this issue but its a bit of a problem. He also cannot shape shift into different things frequently, as it'll tire him out.

Human transforming
Since he can transform his body however he wants, he sometimes uses it to transform his body into the shape of someone elses, taking their form. He however, cannot copy the persons voice and eyecolour. He usually uses this ability to blend in with villians to gain intel, or mess with his friends.
Super Moves
HAMMER SMASH
Akios super move is one that is very physically draining on his body, but can cause incredible damage when he uses it right. When he uses his super move he basically turns both of his arms into large hammers, and will proceed to punch his opponents with outstanding force. He also uses his super move to cause damage to the area hes in if needed, as the force from his hammers cause mass amounts of destruction if aimed at just the ground.

Elastic body
Since he can shape his own body however he wants, he can make his body very stretchy! he can shoot out his arms to grab things, but thats about all he could use it for, as he doesn't use this ability often, and his body doesnt have alot of strength when he uses this ability either. So for example he cannot use his arms while stretchy to pick up heavy objects or people, or lift himself up, but he can grab onto items or peopel and push them towards him!

Ariko Kouji | Sister
Akio has a sister in the first year, named Ariko . they have a love hate relationship, cause as siblings they have a lot of petty arguments. Ariko can be pretty, loud and annoying sometimes, but Akio still loves her. And even though they don't always see eye to eye, they do enjoy each other's company and like going out together as a family.
Nagai Kami | Crush
While Akio receives quite a lot of confessions and love notes from girls in his grade, he secretly has a crush on a girl called Nagai Kami. They both started out hating each other, as Nagai found Akio annoying and irresponsible, and Akio found Nagai to be a tight-ass goody two shoes. But over time they noticed they had a lot of things in common, and Akio started to get to know the real Nagai, and since then has developed a big crush on eachother. But Akio does love to tease Nagai, but he means nothing by it, he just likes being around her.
