Lean an agile, Aspen is a lot lankier and taller than the average rabbit. Can run as fast a hare and it is said the ridge of fur on his back waves in the wind as he runs like a breeze through the reeds. His ears are almost always dropped or held back, despite this he has rather good hearing. Always has a frighten look in his eyes as if he has seen a ghost.

A strange rabbit who doesn't talk much but will tell you a good strange story when you get him to open up. A bit hard to understand in conversation. He avoids most social situations. Loyal to those he meet, maybe to quick to consider someone a friend, he enjoys his small circle of close friends though. Descriptive as the "Keeper of the Butterfly whispers" because of he is always listening, and talking nonsense and his fondness of the fluttery creatures. Surprisingly a good singer.

Born a wild rabbit from another warren known as The Sundown Warren, when Aspen had survived his first winter he was injured by one of the Elil however he managed to escape. He was later picked up and nursed back to healthy by a human. Despite spending a brief time in a human home, Aspen knows little of human ways or behavior. He says the whole experience was strange as if it were a dream. The human let Aspen go back into the wild near the Von Warren were he managed to locate the other rabbits. Far from home and looking to earn his keep with his new family in the Von Warren.
