A revised edition of the original Spybot design, 3AM is an experimental Bossbot created by the Chairman with the capability of transforming into a robotic Toon form. After 11PM lost his Spybot status and was sent out into a Loan Shark invasion, 3AM was created to replace the rebel Cap'n Octavia Dynogadget, known as 1AM to the Cogs, who had been missing for many months.

3AM is first and foremost very full of himself. He'll boast about any of his accomplishments, no matter how small they may be. He seems to think that just because he's a Spybot as well he can boss around say any ol' thing to any regular Cog, be they Flunky or Big Cheese. While yes, it is his job to boss around those lower on the corporate ladder than him, the Big Cheeses haven't been too impressed. He's just as quick to backpedal on any statements that end up provoking his higher-ups (or even fellow Spybot 2AM). Despite his ego, he's also something of a push-over. He's very quick to suck up to whoever seems to be winning an argument if it makes him look good and looks for opportunities to appeal to others to get on their good side (especially fellow Spybot 2AM). Overall, he's all bark with very little bite. But he does have an incredible amount of perseverance.
