Winter was born and raised on the planet Venus. Her father was a hard working police officer and her mother a legendary bounty hunter who died saving a school that was held hostage from a bomb plented by a big criminal she was chasing called Tornado right after defeating him (he was caught and emprisoned by the police afterwards when they got there).
Winter considers her mother a hero and wants to follow her path.
She met her friend Xena when they were 4 because their fathers were co-workers and friends
