Benito

Benito is a member of The Terrible Three, but his actual backstory is pretty involved in older sagas with Maynard, Xelpher, and Vice.

Benito actually died previously, and was brought back to life: He tried to stop Zero's Manifesto and failed, so his physical existence was removed. He became assimilated by Zero along with many others. Now immortal, through the means of his resurrection. It is possible to bring souls back to the living, a highly guarded secret resting at the center of the planet.

Now he's an assassin. guess what, he's feminine and gay but also skilled in close quarter combat. He IS kinda unstable. He's not flamboyant *because* he's haha mentally ill, it's just something he has to deal with a result of his job. Another part of him misses his old life. Another part of him is tired. Another part of him enjoys having targets for his frustration. Another part of him laments and detaches. 

Benito would probably take a knife to a gun fight because he can, and his revenge is usually violent.
