Armerane Anarca (Mezmerane Anarca (Hydaelyn))

  Armerane Anarca was only barely speaking full sentences when his father, an accomplished summoner specializing in wind magics, was called to ward off a tornado aiming to tear apart his hometown. He had heard of a primal of the Beastmen nearby that controlled the wind, known as Pandemona, and tried to call upon a fragment of that power in the form of Pandemona-Egi.

The details of the story are lost past this point, but Armerane pieced it together bit by agonizing bit as he worked through it.

In the minds of the Beastmen and the terrified townsfolk, this WAS the work of their god. And so, his attempts to summon only a part of that creature yielded catastrophic results. The aether in the air coalesced within the storm and compressed it into a singular being. A fully-fledged primal, fast and as unforgiving as the wind. He tried to command it, but the moment he opened his mouth, it was upon him. There was nothing left by the time the winds were done. Most assume it stripped him to dust.

The sight traumatized Armerane. So much so his mind fractured to deal with the stress. But it wasn't a tragedy all its own. Another voice that occupied his thoughts, and surfaced whenever he felt overwhelmed. It was no invader or possession however. The presence was a guiding figure, with their thoughts occupied primarily on filling the void left by Armerane's missing father. For years the two studied before this second presence gave themself a name and a mission; To prove that the Anarca family can indeed conquer the elements. He would become a summoner able to tame and destroy Pandemona as easily as any other.
