Armerane Anarca

Backstory
There once was a boy named Armerane.

  Growing up, his parents were very overbearing and overexpectant of him. Though they made no move to punish him for failure, they were clearly disappointed, and he was very much afraid of asking them to calm down. His confidence was very lacking, and this resulted in a cycle of being unable to focus due to his own constant reminders to focus. It got so bad that, one night, he felt his body go almost numb, and the sound of the candle flickering and pages turning become distant. It was a surreal, frightening experience at first, until he heard a voice in the back of his head. as his hands crossed themselves over top his book and his eyes looked up towards the ceiling, as if to his own forehead.

"It's alright. I'll handle this."

The voice sounded so much like his own. But it had a harsher, confident edge to it.

  The person 'at the wheel', whoever they were, proceeded to look through the book, taking in the information. Despite the clear disconnect, Armerane could feel himself taking it in as well. After this point, the two would often just talk with one another within their head. For a while, the newcomer stayed hidden, only coming out to help Armerane study, but as the tension between Armerane's family and that of their rivals, the Kensidas, flared, their presence was needed more often, and the personality shift didn't go unnoticed. After a particular shift within seconds of eachother, he became known as The Boy with Two Souls.
