Description
Called upon when steroids might cause problems.
He finds his best use to be fighting his arch-nemesis, Irvine-Gass, who appears after cataract surgery.
He has trouble holding back his own strength so he's prone to also harming the cornea (corneal melt) without meaning to.
Tends to say "or lack of better phrase" when trying to explain things and "roll out" when deploying.
