Harlow Lasalle

Harlow has a hole in their soul. They're seflish, pretentious, disdainful, and callous. They accumulate material items, attention, and sex, but none of it fills them, and they’re starting to get desperate looking for something that can. The only thing that ever makes them feel whole is feeding, but even that fades within a couple days.

The hole predates death, so as a teenager Harlow tried to fill it with partying and drugs, taking risks and not giving a shit about their future. Their parents pretty much ignored them and let them do whatever they wanted, and Harlow gave them the same treatment. Whenever Harlow was clear-headed and alone with their thoughts, a paralyzing existential terror would set in, which they'd immediately try to drown out again.

When Harlow got the chance to become a vampire, they jumped for it without a second thought, and left their old life behind.

Nowadays, Harlow lives in a rundown pink house (technically they are squatting, but anyone who would try to come and kick them out would just get eaten). For a few decades, they really only ever left to hunt, stalking around the local goth clubs and winning over their victims with a haughty hypnotic glance and a flip of a pigtail, but in the late 2010s, they discovered Instagram and, very quickly, built up an absolutely massive following. This attention doesn't fill the hole either, but it does give them a pretty easy source of victims: fans.
