Kato's always looking for a good time. He's determined and hard working. He believes that people should be held accountable for their actions, and will stop at nothing to make sure they get whats coming to them. Kato's sass can sometimes get him into trouble, most people don't like being told their outfit looks like shit.
Though he does have the full capability of having a face, Kato much more enjoys using symbols to express his feelings. If you know Mettaton from Undertale, Kato basically has the same personality as her.

Kato doesn't know who made him, his memory files start to get glitchy when he trys to load the super old ones. The last thing he can remember clearly is standing in his apartment, and a unclear voice saying sorry. Most of his glitched memories have this unclear voice in them, it's almost covered bye the sound of static but he can still hear it, if he trys hard enough. The only things Kato has been able to learn about this voice is that it's a woman, and she sounds so incredibly sad. Kato has no doubt that this woman is the one who made him, and glitched his memories, but the question is why? Why did she delete herself from his life?
In The Fabulous Robo Bounty Hunter, Kato takes on Bounty jobs and goes out to find his mark. While he does this he shares fashion tips and how to improve your lifestyle. It's extremely popular with only 2 seasons out so far. These two jobs is where Kato makes most of his money, which he spends on clothing or better equipment to help him with his jobs. If Kato does have some spare money or is simply not looking for something to buy he'll donate a good amount to charities or give it to random homeless people he sees.
