Miyuuki Harada

Miyuuki met Izumi in 6th grade. She saw Izumi as an attention seeking girl that didn't care much for others. Despite this, she got close to Izumi so that she could get close to her twin brother, who only seemed interested in his sister. Upon entering middle school though, Miyu saw the true nature of Izumi's home life and the real reasons she acted the way she did. Miyu was there when Izu was abandoned by her family, and swore to herself to try to protect Izumi from the cruelties of the world. She failed, however, when she allowed Izumi to date Kazuki. In a lapse in judgement, Miyuuki got herself a boyfriend and let the other couple be alone. She even turned her back on Izumi when she reached out for help. Miyu simply thought their fights were a bit more intense than normal, but she thought Kazuki was ultimately harmless. It wasn't until high school that she saw the true effect Kazuki was having on her best friend. Thankfully the couple broke up.. but the trauma was real.

Now out of high school, Miyu still feels responsible for the trauma Izumi endured during their middle school and high school times. They has remained friends, but their relationship was severely damaged when Miyu distanced herself after graduation. She doesn't want this distance to continue though.
