Billy is a simple kid who enjoys playing footie and eating skips, he also has a thick common north east england accent and has adhd. He loves spending time with his best friend Jake who is the opposite to him.
He also has a DS Lite which his dodgy uncle gave him an R4 card which him and Jake love playing games together outside and complaining the sun is shining on their screen.
Billy also isn't afraid to say it as it is, he may come across as a rude sometimes but he doesn't mean to, sometimes however he will mean it. Especially if someone is being rude to Jake.
Due to her complicated family, Billy is Kellie-Anne's half brother. Nobody knows who his Dad is. Even so Kellie-Anne treats him like a full brother and cares for him dearly. She often takes him to footie or see Jake.
Chardonnay is a stroppy teenager who has a big attitude problem, Billy ejoys winding her up which leads to them fighting often. Kellie-Anne usually stops them and Billy enjoys laughing her antics off.
