Alice has been the most forward in establishing a relationship with one of the crewmates - though there's the question of it's both romantic and physical.
Early in her tenure, she endured a (much delayed) 3rd Chime ceremony - one that studying the aftermath of would probably have concluded the mission, should the earlier act of sabotage not have happened. It's believed this somehow altered the golem chemistry to something closer to the classical definition of "living".
This could be a very bad development long term. Now that's it is possible she'll have a long term.
