A draconian who lost his wings and fire fighting a powerful witch. His bravery saved plenty of people, but it costed him everything.
Jess became an assassin for hire, nicknamed "white death" from the frozen wounds his ice blade leaves on his targets.
He lives by with no goals, just indulging in momentary satisfaction and addictions. He's particularly keen on taking extremely dangerous jobs for the hell of it. Loves adrenaline and a good fight, and will always favor the unfortunate and poor over the richer classes when dealing with contracts.
Holy frost
With a holy connection to the goddess of ice, Jezkara turned his cold pain into a weapon of his own.
Jess can freeze anything with his grasp, as well as conjure blades by grasping the handle of a short knife. The stab is the quickest and most efficient way to inflict his frost, and it became his calling card on his assassinations.
the ice he wields is not ordinary, either, it can have an intense paralysing effect that escalates as he inflicts it. Freezes one's very soul.
Jess is a roguish type but also retains some of a draconian's natural resistance; he is bulky and tough enough to be able to tank quite a few hits, as well as hit very hard with punches and headbutts with his horns. Uses his long tail as a whip as well.
● Jess' frost can also be inflicted through his bite, but he prefers not to bite random strangers.
● He is quite obsessive with staying clean and organized. despises messiness.
● He is very accostumed to icy temperatures. And, in hot temperatures, his inner frost keeps him cool.
● Jess smokes a drug called Blissburn, it replicates the spark of a draconian's fire in his lungs, easing a bit of the freezing pain within. Blissburn is hurtful to non-dragons.
● Is a very picky eater, says most things are gross. Specifically hates cheese the most.
● Jess is polyamorous.

The two had been best friends as children, inseparably so.
And over a decade later, they reencountered as very different versions of themselves.
The two have plenty of conflict, but remained very attached to one another.
