Weapon/Fighting Information

━╃ ▌Weapons:

▬▬Alptraum ::: A laser knife that Emil seems to be able to pull out of... well, nowhere, that he uses as his main weapon. It glows pink (reddish, whatever) and can easily cut through steel. The "knife" is... more like machete-sized.

▬▬Alpdrücke ::: A large laser gun that, much like Alptraum, seems to appear from nothing when he wants it. Emil rarely uses it, as it's a bit unwieldy and takes very long to load.rt

▌Fighting Style: Sly and crafty, he'll come close to you only to stab you in the back.

▌Abilities/Powers:

▬Various Incubus-based Powers ::: The moment he walks in the room, Emil is the center of attention. Despite his human appearance, he exudes blatant sexuality no matter what. Gods forbid if he actually actively turned on the pheromones Essentially, he forgets to turn off his swag and in the morning he's covered in bitches, yes. His eyes are hypnotic, which makes it easy to ensnare a target. But there are plenty of people who can resist if their wills are great enough... Those are quite fun to chase. Emil feeds off

▬▬Sub Ability: Hypnosis? ::: As stated above, Emil's eyes are hypnotic but that is... probably an overstatement of his abilities. He can't really make people do anything just... lower inhibitions and ramp up desire. He puts the ball in their court - it's his mark's choice on what he or she wants to do.

▬▬Sub Ability: Feeding From Desire ::: Emil feeds on dreams and nightmares of the sexual or emotional type, but he can just as easily feed from a human's sexual desire in the Waking. Although the traditional "forcefully sex up and drink their life force until they're dead" works (and there's nothing wrong with that, honest), Emil can very easily receive energy from lesser contact - a kiss of the lips, a touch on the cheek, anything at all. The big thing is if he can make them desire - to have him, to kill him, to make him leave. All of desire is his plaything.

▬Ilitye ::: By placing a pebble under his tongue, Emil can become invisible. It is, in Emil's opinion, a very useless power since he can't speak with that blasted thing in his mouth and where's the fun in being invisible. He's meant to be seen, so this is a power he could do with out, honestly.

▬Ignis Fatuus ::: Emil can make small bursts of flame that float around him and can do his bidding, such as sending messages to those far away. Although the fire of the Will-o-Wisp is real and can be used to warm people up, it can not burn. It does make for a spectacular light show though. His ability to use the Will-o-Wisp is so great that he can allow himself to disperse in a burst of Wisps to escape if needed. Creating Wisps (or turning himself into some) is a somatic technique that requires at least one hand free, so tying up his hands can keep him from escaping using this technique. Emil can also make his Will-o-Wisps form into butterflies.

▬Tarnkappe ::: Like any incubus worth his power, Emil can shift his form as he pleases. Clothes change on a whim (convenient when repairing rips and mysterious stains), eyes flicker from red to amber at a moment's notice, incisors grow to appear like a vampire, only to shrink again before anyone can point a figure at him. Certainly this is all within the realm of possibility for Emil. Great changes in his appearance - say, an entirely new appearance or a change in gender is.... less quick of a change, and a bit more of a "permeant" one. To change his whole appearance or gender, Emil must take six days to transform in a place that no one can see him or enter (he's quite vague about what happens if someone interrupts the process), and can not leave that form for six months thereafter. Emil likes his form now, and only dire circumstances could get him to change it. Wounds, however, do not transform with him - a scar remains a scar no matter how he looks, but make up easily covers them up. Emil's transformations only apply to humanoid creatures - barring the use of Ignis Fatuss, he can not transform into anything else.

╄━ Biography ━╃

▌Every dream filled with lust and pleasure, every nightmare filled with longing and despair, Emil was there. He was the nightmare born from humanity's need for love in all its forms, from the chaste first kiss of young lovers beneath the sakura tree to the arms of the whore you met at the bar ten minutes ago. Emil began as a Dream Eater, preying on every dream and nightmare filled with desires of any sort. The more debauched, the better it was to his tastes, to the point where the tasty night murmors were no longer enough - Emil needed to feed from the dreaming themselves. He slowly evolved into a Nocturnal, taking the form of an incubus that fed off the Desire of his victims. He'll give you all the silly companionship you want, just don't worry about how weak you feel afterwards... ╄━ Background Information

━╃  ▌Personality: Much can be said about Emil. Startlingly beautiful, he uses his appearance to first ensnare his victims so he can play with them. In this respect, he's almost like an overgrown cat, playing with the mouse who doesn't realize it's caught. Unlike other Nocturnals, who destroy for destruction's sake, Emil enjoys the chase, the beauty in a prey's destruction, feeding off of it just as easily as he feeds off their dreams. There's no fun in a hunt without a hint of danger, too easy to break a sweat. On occasion, Emil will appear the fool, boldly saving people and giving "helpful" advice to an unwary Human or Reverie, all for the sake of playing more games with him. Sometimes, he'll even tell them the truth, but more often this act is to lull his target further into his web and get them in a place he can attack better.

▌Hobbies: Intercourse, Messing with People,

▌Likes: His hat

▌Dislikes: Sour tasting foods, Indiscriminate destruction,

▌Hates: People touching his hat,

▌Theme Song/Lullaby: {{PENDING}}

In Zulu mythology, Tikoloshe, Tokoloshe or Hili (from the Xhosa word utyreeci ukujamaal) is a dwarf-like water sprite. It is considered a mischievous and evil spirit that can become invisible by swallowing a pebble. Tokoloshes are called upon by malevolent people to cause trouble for others. At its least harmful a tokoloshe can be used to scare children, but its power extends to causing illness and even death upon the victim. The way to get rid of him is to call in the n’anga (witch doctor), who has the power to banish him from the area. Other details include its gremlin-like appearance and gouged out eyes. In Brazil and the rainforests of the Amazon Basin, the Boto is a combination of siren and incubus, a very charming and beautiful man who seduces young women and takes them into the river.[17] It is said to be responsible for disappearances and unwanted pregnancies,[18] and it can never be seen by daylight, because it metamorphoses into a kind of river dolphin during those hours. According to legend the boto always wears a hat to disguise the breathing hole at the top of its head An alp is a nightmare creature originating in German folklore. the alp is sometimes likened to a vampire, but its behavior is more like that of the incubus. It is unique from both of these creatures in that it wears a magic hat called a Tarnkappe, from which it draws its powers. The word "alp" is a variation on the word "elf". It is also known by the following names: trud, mar, mart, mahr, schrat, and walrider. Many variations of the creature exist in surrounding European areas, such as the Druden and Schratteli. Its victims are often females,[1][2] whom it attacks during the night, controlling their dreams and creating horrible nightmares (hence the german word Alptraum ("elf dream" , meaning a nightmare). An alp attack is called an Alpdruck, or often Alpdrücke, which means "elf pressure". Alpdruck is when an alp sits astride a sleeper's chest and becomes heavier until the crushing weight awakens the terrified and breathless dreamer. The victim awakes unable to move under the alp's weight. This may have been an early explanation for sleep apnea and sleep paralysis, as well as night terrors. It may also include lucid dreams. The alp is best known for its shape-shifting abilities, similar to the creatures from werewolf lore. It may change into a cat, pig, dog, snake or a small white butterfly.[4] It has also been said that it can fly like a bird and ride a horse. The alp always wears a hat, giving it an almost comical appearance.[1][4][3] The hat is known as a Tarnkappe[4] (the literal translation being "camouflage cap" or "cap of concealment" which is simply a hat (or less commonly a veil) that gives the alp magic powers and the ability to turn invisible while worn (see also cloak of invisibility). The hat is visible no matter what shape the alp takes. An alp who has lost this hat will offer a great reward for its safe return.[1] The alp also possesses an "evil eye" whose gaze will inflict illness and misfortune. Removing or damaging this eye also removes the alp's malicious intentions. Protections against an alp include laying a broomstick under a pillow, iron horseshoes hung from the bedpost, placing shoes against the bed with the toes pointing toward the door, or placing a mirror on the chest. Steel and crosses are also used. If awoken by the alp and finding him still there, one can address him by asking him to return in the morning to borrow something or have coffee. The alp will dash away at once, arriving in the morning either in his "true" form, or else in the form of a human with eyebrows that meet to receive his gifts. The creature can be convinced to leave the victim alone at this time, but the alp will beg pitifully and at length not to be turned away. Plugging up any holes, specifically keyholes, before a visitation will keep the alp out. Plugging them during a visitation will invariably seal it inside the room, as they can leave only through their original entrance. A light kept constantly on during the night will also effectively ward off an alp. A sentry may also be employed to wait and watch for the alp to attack the helpless sleeper, the alp may be driven away if caught by someone not under the alp's influence. Similar to the German Neuntoter, alps are weakened or immobilized by shoving a lemon in its mouth should it be caught resting during the day. The alp appears all but impossible to kill, and sometimes even after being turned away it may reappear years later in a worse mood.[4] Tricking an alp may lead a person to its master. It may also have been expelled by the breath of the horerczy, a German demon which exhales vampiric butterflies. This form of the Lidérc flies at night, appearing as a fiery light, a will o' the wisp, or even as a bird of fire.
