Usagi is a shy, friendly girl with a knack for curious observation. Her day-dreamy demeanor typically comes off airheaded or inattentive at worse, but a socially selective mind is mostly to blame. A little wallflower-ish by nature, she typically feels more at home listening to outside conversations than being a part of them. However, her curiosities and general adoration for people’s stories often leads her to awkward introductions and limitedly engaged conversations (that she typically regrets). Introverted extrovert to the max, could count the number of friends she had in her whole life on one hand total— but most people are exhausting and a little scary, so it doesn’t bother her much.

Despite her social apprehensions, however, Usagi remains generally upbeat and friendly towards strangers. Likely in part of being raise within a big family with big personalities. The third of four children, she is the only member of the Fujikawa family to be a quirk user. Her family is a supportive bunch, but with a bundle of such rambunctious personalities, Usagi had always found it easier to blend into the background than try to stand out (and her quirk made it all the easier to do). She feels pressured to become a hero in order to make her family proud and is occasionally overwhelmed by her own expectations and personal goals.

This quirk allows the user to change their body's physical form from a solid to a mist-like incorporeal state (eerily similar to that of an apparition’s) for a short period of time (45 minutes at max). The user can pass through walls and extend the effects of the quirk to other people and objects though maintained touch. What they can ghostify is relative to the user's own size and body mass, however the added strain of extending their quirk's power cuts the use time in half. The user can not interact with objects or people that aren't also in the same state as the user's body.

Once changed, Usagi's body takes on weightless properties. She's capable of floating in place, however extensive movement is difficult and often aimless. She has little control, if any at all, of direction or velocity-- only truly efficient in mobility if her feet remain solid.

While not totally invisible, the user’s mist-like form is almost totally transparent and may cause some difficulty spotting in certain light. The user can use this to one’s advantage in stealth situations, though prolonged use and physical exhaustion of the user shows heavily with this quirk. The more strained the user, the less of their physical form they can mistify.

Observance is Usagi's most powerful tool; capable of sound strategy and quick thinking in stressful situations despite her seemingly demure nature.
