You may not claim characters as your own unless commissioned or purchased, and include Creator/Designer somewhere on their profile. Subsequent art pieces (i.e. commissions) do not require this. You must inform me of any ownership changes to minimise risk of theft, especially if off-site, as I track this separately here. Please check the terms of the character before purchasing to ensure character is transferrable, regiftable, retradeable or resellable. Characters cannot be resold for more than original price, unless selling with additional artwork. Characters that are gifted/traded cannot then be sold later by the new owner. Under no circumstances are characters to be used commercially, use of NFTs or AI participation. Failure to follow these terms will result in blacklisting and refusal for further services.
