Description
Kusagi Fumiko is a teacher’s aide to her homeroom teacher, Rule Shark. She currently is one of the editors for the school newspaper. 

Fumiko is a fujoshi, sometimes she uses her quirk to try to get cute boys to do some BL fanservice but she often nosebleeds before anything significant happens. Her best friend is Konoko (owned by Hisoku). Fumiko is very supportive of Konoko's crush on Izuku, and often will do her best to draw some good self-insert doujins for him to ship himself with Izuku.

Rule Shark and Fumiko are a part of emergency control committee at UA, they work together for crowd management.  He enforces safety rules while she implants powerful suggestion of calm and compulsion to move to a designated safe area.

Fumiko’s hair has a green sprout-like ahoge, that dries up and becomes rotten looking as she uses her quirk.
