Rule Frenzy: creates a space where people must follow his rules. If people do not abide by his rules in this space, they are treated to a piercing headache HOWEVER for every rule breaker in his space, he also suffers headaches and discomfort. It also takes a lot out of him if his space is very large. His quirk works best with relatively lax rules and smaller area (such as his classroom). More stringent his rules, the more difficult it may be to abide by them which causes strong pain to the rule breaker, and increasing discomfort to Rule Shark the longer he upholds the rule.

Description
Rule Shark is a teacher at UA. Rule Shark and Fumiko are a part of emergency control committee at UA, they work together for crowd management.  He enforces safety rules while she implants powerful suggestion of calm and compulsion to move to a designated safe area.

Rule Shark hates loud noise, so he can’t really stand Present Mic. He often creates a strong “Be Quiet” rule around himself when he sees Present Mic and despite the strong enforcement of the rule, Present Mic doesn’t give a damn about the headache and still is loud. This in turn gives Rule Shark a big headache from the rule enforcement and the loud noise so Rule Shark tries to avoid Present Mic as much as possible.

Rule Shark is married. His wife’s quirk is cord manipulation. She can manipulate anything cord/thread-like. She ties his ties every morning.
