Frolic, to say the least, is a spoiled brat. He doesn't give a thought at how others feel, and thinks the entire world revolves around him. He's extremely prideful and self-confident, yet wouldn't think twice before bullying someone else. Frolic thinks that everyone should bow down to him and treat him like a prince, and often snaps at others if they don't listen.
