Marie is a very skilled sniper, specialized in long distance battles against armored enemies. She usually works with her partner, operating a rifle similar to an AS50. Marie works for a special military department that operates across state borders. This department battles various threats to humanity, including demons, extraterrestial life and supernatural beings. Most of the work is tracking down undercover enemies, observing their abilities and finding out weaknesses to be capable of defeating them. Most of the people working for the department have supernatural abilities themselves, Marie included. She is able to manipulate her rifles ammo, turning it into different materials or loading it with energy to detonate the bullet upon it hitting the target. She is relatively bad at close range combat, making her an easy target in one on one battles. Her partner makes up for this, defending Marie if an enemy should creep up or be close to her. He is also responsibe for making sure that nothing goes wrong while Marie concentrates on her target, forgetting the world outside. Marie has seen a lot of pain and suffering, so sometimes, those images haunt her in her dreams. However, she doesn't regret her choice of job a single bit. Together with her comrades, she continues to fight for this worlds safety, defeating threats to humanity. She is kind of stoic and cold, not letting people know what she feels. She is incredibly hard to read, even her partner has problems to do so. Marie is incredibly good at mathematics, she's able to calculate complicated equations in a few seconds without using any calculator. She is polite and respecting and does not like gossiping at all.
