A dear friend of Pops’s, and a secondary caretaker for Skipper during his younger years. However, the two are estranged lately due to Skipper’s exclamation that he didn’t want anything to do with her. She continues to allow him to take kiwi popsicles from her for free, though, and quietly watches over and intends to protect him and phi.
